The search for IT talent has become increasingly competitive over the past several years, making it a challenge to recruit skill sets needed for critical roles. The IT skills shortage, especially in cybersecurity, has been greatly understated.

Derek Moran, Contributor at Tech Target – SearchITChannel, shares his findings on how channel firms can evolve their tech talent recruitment strategies to bridge the skills gap. Additionally, Brendan Walsh, SVP of 1901 Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, shares how the company expanded the pool of job candidates by partnering with regional job training programs like VA Ready, Virginia Values Veterans (V3), and AWS re/Start.
